History & Mission

 

This is publication is the collaboration of Milene Willoughby/M.Naja, CEO of Nocturnal Void Magazine and Shaun Slater of 318 Cakes & Bakes.  It is meant to promote, advertise, support and give credit to both known and unknown lovers of the culinary industry.

 

*This magazine will be published, for the first year, in three installments:  February, August and December.  If the magazine gains the recognition the founders expect, it will be distributed every three months.

  • Chefs

  • Bakers

  • Home Chefs

  • Caterers

  • Wedding & Event Planners

  • Vineyards/Wine Distributors

  • Herbalists

  • Nutritionists

  • Organic Food Distributors

  • Farmers

  • Farmer’s Markets

What Interviewees Receive for Participation:

 

  • Free publication exposure credit

  • Free digital copies of the publication once released (one hard copy upon request)

  • Free informal press release by the company to be displayed on Nocturnal Void Magazine’s web page, sites and Facebook pages.  All individuals will be ‘tagged’ so they may allow others to share their accomplishments as well.

 

What Sponsors Receive:

 

Sponsors are individuals who we contact to invest in our work and believe in our mission.  We may either receive sponsorship by trade or monetary investment.  They have the option to be labelled as ‘Anonymous’ or to use the name of their company for recognition.  What we provide for this support:

  • Press Kit detailing history, mission, and other information

  • Tax ID Letter for tax purposes

  • End of the Fiscal Year (July to July) mention in a special sponsorship recognition publication to be distributed once a year. 

  • Free digital copies of the magazine

  • Sponsorship Acknowledgement of Support

    • Love Supporter (One Heart) - $25 & Under

    • Family Supporter (Two Hearts) - $25 to $100

    • Happiness Supporter (Three Hearts) - $100 or More

  • All Supporters, regardless of status, receive free hard copies of the Sponsorship Publication, which will be available for public view and purchase yearly.  This will always be in July at the end of the fiscal year.
